Week 3

September 21st, 2014

This week 4H have been lucky enough to visit the centre of the earth! They wrote a broadcast about the earths layers and were then able to film these from the earths core! In maths 4H have enjoyed the challenge of learning about Roman Numerals and in science they have been eating chocolate to see if it changes between a liquid and a solid. What a week!

Finally 4H won the schools attendance prize. Keep it up. Be in the line at ten to nine!

    Did you know…

The world’s largest, active volcano is Mauna Loa in Hawaii, where famous coffee is grown in the rich volcanic soils. Mauna Loa is 13,677 feet above sea level. From its base below sea level to its summit, Mauna Loa is taller than Mount Everest.
